Programme

Meeting at 6.15 at  MIA airport to depart on Airmalta KM1282 which arrives in Catania at 9.00.

After a luxury  coach transfer (about 1 hour away) we arrive to  visit the beautiful hillside historical  village of  Savoca,(about 1 hour away)  in the province of Messina .A short ride (about 30 mins) will then take us  in the direction of the Gole dell' Alcantara, to visit the astounding landscape of this gorge with its fascinating volcanic rock faces and icy cold waters running through this splendid gorge. From here onto Randazzo, a typical mountain village on Mount Etna, in time to  enjoy a typical mouth-watering typical Sicilian meal at an agriturismo (five courses with free flowing local wine and mineral water).

After lunch, we go to Monte Conca, which forms part of Mount Etna. The journey there will provide us with beautiful scenery of the volcano, the lava rock, the greenery and forestry as well as a very beautiful view stretching over to the Calabrian coast. There we will meet Ciampino, who lives in the mountains, and who will guide those who feel adventurous enough on a optional short 30-minute donkey trekking tour.

We then  head for the Sicilia Fashion Village near Enna, where one can find most major fashion labels - such as Armani, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Nike, Valleverde, Versace and many others - selling all throughout the year at 30% to 70% less than the normal retail prices. After  depart for Catania  Airport, to borard the the Airmalta flight KM  arriving in Malta at 11.20pm
